My Game Is Blurry when standing still/dirty Cam

ive played about 1 hour of Generation zero and i have Grafic problems.
its the same problem when standing still - with grafic on max or minimum
any ide what i can do ?

Ensure you’re not wearing any eyewear. This is a known bug and is being worked on

Or you have gasmask on
