I have accomplished all main missions. However in the Military Compound Factory Complex there is a closed door. In the end of a kind of a hangar. Why ? Bug ? For an unknown side quest ? For future missions ? Opened from the other side ?
Edit : And a second door, a bit higher.
@Bazyl that’s a main mission. I don’t want to spoil it but I did it after the story as well. I think it’s bugged. You got to piece it together. It shows you some really cool things. Go to the south part of the lake you will see 2 red cabins

I have done “ A wrench in the works” and have cleared this bunker. Still, I cannot enter the Factory doors.

After you’re done with the mission related to the area, all entrances are collapsed. This is known.
