Need to start over and can not

I need to start over as something happened (likely my fault) and I have lost all of my inventory items. I have read here to delete the save files, but I can not find the save files. Is there anyone out there that can walk me through how to start over on the PC? If I can not start over, then the game is useless to me and I have wasted the money paid.\

Thank You very much. That worked like a charm. Can I do this every time I get messed up? I imagine I can.

Yep, and you can also manually copy out the save file to create a backup. If your save gets messed up then, you can just nuke the folder in question and copy back the backed-up version.

unfortunately i have had to do this too many times myself. thought starting fresh after the June update would be my last time.
