I’m on PS4. Yester day buddy of mine gave me over 2 billion 7.62 shock ammo. Now the ammo says it’s negative and I can’t move it. Same for uranium.
To be honest I…really don’t have an answer 
So you gained an insane amount of ammo gained from some sort of game hack, which then broke your game, and you are now on here complaining about it?

You should be able to drop it…like your buddy. 
Get rid of cheated stuff and hope your savegame isn’t further affected.

i don’t believe 2,000,000,000 shock ammo, not even before new refined resources requirement kick in.
Cheating is bad. Don’t do that, or things could break.
