New character access to Plundra

Since I started playing GZ I’ve had only one character. Since he’s getting a bit lonely, I’ve just added another. In order to give her a flying start, I tried to equip her with inventory from the Plundra. But that doesn’t seem to work! I can’t select and pull items from the Plundra into her empty inventory. Can somebody explain please?

Edit: well, now it is working … don’t ask me why. Changed character back and forth a few times and now my new character can share the Plundra.

I had the same issue recently. Switched characters and my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th characters couldn’t access the plundra. I could open it but not transfer anything in or out.

I just had the same issue my 2nd character could open the box but there was no sound and I couldn’t do anything except exit. I rebooted the game and it works fine now.
