I love how you improved the world by adding more things (etc. destroyed buildings, barricades, etc.). It makes the world feel more alive and that there were some serious fightings on the island, but in a way when I first played the world and there was only 2-3 corpses on the whole map, you the game felt like …“wtf. where is everyone?” now you see corpses everywhere… so that feeling is sadly gone or at least it changed to “wtf. what happend everywhere? why are so many dead people everywhere…”
So its a good and a bad thing at the same time. Imo it would be better to make the startup area more desolate again. Giving back that feeling of beeing left alone and having no clue where everyone is and the later areas far north, there should be some serious fighting and lots of dead corpses. I think the military areas should be full of soldiers and destroyed tanks and buildings, maybe an battlefiled outside the airport etc. and 2-3 civilian resistance camps (destroyed with corpses).
I mean when you play the story its more or less hello? where is everyone? noone has a clue what happened etc. and then you see dead resistance figthers etc. everwhere. makes no sense story wise that they wouldn’t leave information behind telling everyone that they had to defend against machines etc.
Still… I love the new and improved world, but move it more north and keep the starting area “empty”.
