I think thats a thing now. Didn’t see anything in the patch notes but I might have been half asleep.
I was fighting about three soldier class wolves in farmlands eastern of Lilla hammarnäs yesterday, but I didn’t notice this behaviour.
Haven’t seen it too while fighting some Scout and Soldier class firebirds.
Is it a special feature for the northern regions or maybe a new ability of Speznaz class machines?
Does anyone have a screenshot or a video of it?
Unfortunately no screenshot available, but I could also see the parachutes after fighting in the north coast region and followed them. When I looked behind the hill, a few wolves came rolling in that weren’t there before.

The question is, can you shoot the crates out of the sky before the have a chance to land/deploy? Or is it just a fun visual when they get spawned?
