The watcher would be a tall skinny robot that emmits grey smoke for prototype to Fnix and green gas for apoc and when it’s far away always seems to be watching you. It plays radio static and mumbled talk but when in combat it stays silent, with one read eye, ready to jump at you with a sword like the hunters morder attack. And it seems to have a glitchy smoke which is sort of identifyable from real smoke it also sprays fire to hide itself in the smoke making it harder to track. It hangs around burnt down areas and comes alone. You wouldn’t want to find this one eyed creep with another one.
