Already looted mine.

they advertised it with the last weapon skin packs a couple months ago, HOWEVER, the SMG pokadot wasn’t there until today

Did you get it looting in the world or from rival?

I think I got mine off a rival but it was just a level 1 rival.

Base assault for me. That was the one skin I could never obtain. So it must have been a pre update glitch fixed in this update.

I have also noticed that assigned skins are retained when you change characters.

Graffity resistance and neon grid. Just normal ones. But until yesterday I never got all of those basic skins.
