There are three new blueprints.
I couldn’t find these collectables, but I will really like to see a new Soviet Machine, like a Soviet Reaper. Also, content creators shared a photo of a new machine.

If you use the tech vision thing on the binoculars and you have the blueprint for the machine you are looking at it will show you all the weakpoints of the machine, That is basically the only use except being able to read what weapons and stuff it has in the collectables tab.
