Yeah I’ve asked for a compound bow many times. It could work with special arrows like others say. Sticky bombs, explosive tips, emp would be cool too. Don’t forget incendiary or Phospher tips. Maybe some cool ideas like tagging tips like sticky flares that can turn bots against each other. Sticky flares are great but the accuracy of an arrow would be even better chance on contact and stealth.
Maybe the bow can be an experimental that has red tritium sights multi gears sci-fi look that makes it into 100 lbs draw lol

Experimental referring with 100lbs, I was saying to show off more Cams* not gears. I get that mixed up and it being sci-fi aka not realistic just like most of the experimental guns

I’m sure @Avalanche_Graham could go more into detail about compound bows and how they work. I know the gist cause I primarily deal with recurve cause they are much more affordable on my income. I do plan this year to get a compound

In real life Hunting machines I would only use a bow and 6 inch gut hook style knife. I’d place an emp bomb on an arrow. Cause a bot or bots to be shut down. Than I’d run up and with my gut hook knife stab and hook cut wires. Explosive tips would be shot at their tanks.
I’d go to camp and dry wood And use a shooting board to make shafts and use plastics to make fletching and or nocks since there are no turkeys.

I agree with your idea.It’s could be very useful for beginners.And if crafting will be available.But for late gaming best choice rifle grenades I think;))modern arrows😂

IF we had machines they be EMP proof, or have nigh-instant reboot, your bow would be the laughing stock for machines, as these had armour you probably not even heard of material wise, they be SUPER aggressive, able to head shoot you in flight from a mile away, …
The only thing you would be able at is being darn dead, believe me.
Machines are beyond superior to us, that is why we use um, heh.
No point in making machines that are inferior.
If you can kill a runner/hunter with 9mm or .32 ammo then yes a good bow with the right ammo at 50yards can do damage as good as.

What type of 9mm munitions U fired?I,as real armor vest user,can tell you that standard army issue armor vest can protect only against standard small caliber weapons or grenades/mines fragments.Only special attack groups have body armor against 5,56,7,62mm…This is a reality)))
