I streamer I mod for, and have been running with, dubbed the Seekers as “Floaty Boys.” Runners as “dogs.” No nicknames for Harvesters or Tanks, though.
well the smal ones ticks i call kaffe spill ( coffee spill )as what was what they did for me the first time i met one in a house. runners = hund (dogs) and the others just have swedish curse words for and i cant post those =P
Ticks - ‘F**K’ (Because that’s exactly the reaction whenever we try unlocking a bunker)
Seekers - Sirens
Runners - Doggos
Hunters - Bladeybois
Tanks - ‘God damnit’ (Because that’s the reaction of seeing one be where you need to go)
Harvesters - Used to be ‘Dude, loot’ / Now is ‘Rocketspam’
Somehow me and the squad ended up tagging ticks “Spinnen” (“spiders”), runners “Hunde” (“dogs”), seekers “Drohnen” (“drones”) and harvesters “Krabben” (“crabs”). Hunters are fine the way GZ labelled them, tanks are and maybe always will be tanks.
Most of my nicknames won’t make it past the code of conduct. The most family friendly ones are:
Ticks: “Arañas (spiders)” or “pulgas (fleas)”
Seekers: “drones”
Runners: “perros” (dogs)
Hunters: “bípedos” (bipedal ones) or “Rammstein” if they come with flamethrowers
Tanks: “tanques” (tanks)
Harvesters: just harvesters but with butchered pronunciation.
And for their classes: I call protos PT (if pronounced in Spanish, it’s slang for something that breaks the forum rules but can also mean “low quality”), “the green ones” are military, “little red ones” are FNIX and “podridos” (rotten ones) for Apocalyptic.
i said this on the latest live stream and i will say it again; harvesters before April update “i’m in danger”; harvesters after April update “so i just started blasting” (ps not exact words but twisted to match this)
I don’t have much for what i call the machines but i do call the tank an AT-AT (star wars reference for anyone who likes the series), but i do call shotguns boomsticks if they mess up any of the machines.
