there is no loot spawns anywhere why?

Hello, I’ve moved this to Bug Reports. Can you provide some more information regarding your issue?

There is 4 hours in-game loot respawn time, meaning that once you’ve looted loot bag/box, it takes 4 hours playing the game before it gets restocked.

The issue could be in this. But proper bug report (more info) is needed.
