No skirts for female player to be found

Platform: PC
Description: There are two options for getting skirt with pantyhose/stockings for female player:

  1. Create new character and choose popular
  2. Create new character and choose punk

I couldn’t find those pieces of clothing anywhere in the game world!

Steps To Reproduce: Search most of the boxes and backpacks.

Host or Client: Host

Players in your game: Singleplayer

Specifications: i5 4670K, 16G RAM, GTX 1070
