No Stat Name [Xbox One]

I found a jacket in the turned over car at the junction (coordinates approx. 3837.863, 2380.927) it has a stat boost but is title “no stat name”

Another one in the church. This time a pair of boots. (3585.664, 2331.761)

A second one in the church. Perhaps it is one particular stat? Most items are fine. I have so far collected items with bullet resistance, fall resistance, impact resistance and noise reduction.
