No teleport for the base

Description:
Place: Forest region, coordinates: 2629, 2304
There is no label for quick movement, after the capture of the base appeared and the label appeared and then after the rest is restarting the game and the label disappeared and the rest of the base is all right, I checked the integrity of the game file.

Looks like a bug I haven’t seen since we have more than one control point.
In the past some times this happened quite a few times. The control point currently is locked. Come back later and it should be unlocked again.

Be sure to always quit the game correctly. A network disconnect while running the game (like a sleep mode of console/pc) may cause issues.
