NPC trade system might me an idea

Playing the game for a while now I noticed a flaw that (to me) hurts the game in a substantial way.
I loot most things I come across And this game is built around exploration and open world. But what is the incentive to explore city’s when your inventory is full?
traders, currency systems, and storage boxes would be a great addition. also incentivizing players to spend more time looking for loot items instead of being concerned if they can carry them or not.

Who would you trade with? There’s no one else out there! I must admit I don’t go into houses much any more - there’s little ammo in them, and I ignore them if I’m not after med packs, and runners drop those now. I suppose if you had to eat every day you’d drop into the nearest house…
