I made it to the Bergrum Myskoxen Bunker. Outside there are 2 vehicles and a few dead runners. The door was still sealed with the four crown semiautomatic shotgun in the handles for the door. When I opened the door there was a single dead runner and the containers that you have to blow up. I destroyed the containers, but still have to kill 5 enemies that are supposed to be inside the bunker. I fast traveled away (back to the first safe house) and back still no enemies. I’ve restarted the application and the PS4. I saw a thread on redit recommending luring enemies into the bunker so I brought back a pack of runners got them in the bunker and killed them, but it did not work.
I don’t think it matters, but I am playing solo.
