One Week Feedback, Pretty happy so far

Greetings, Brand new to this forum.

I have been playing Generation Zero for about a week now and I really enjoy it, my roommate as well.
I think it’s a great game that is well designed and performs quite smoothly.
I look forward to seeing more content added to it.

I have one question in regards to the menu system.
Is there any sort of filter or sort function, so I can stack my stuff nicely???
The main reason for this question is because it seems all my ammo types get really jumbled in my stash boxes.
If they could sort out, or stack alphabetically, they would be easier to navigate.
This might also help if you could filter med supplies from throwables, or weapons and attachments based on type or something.
These features would make inventory management easier, in my opinion.

And is melee coming??
I know it’s not useful for killing robots, but I really wanna smack ticks away when they jump at my face.

Also, I switched to adventure mode today because I was playing alone.
I still seemed to face pretty tough opponents.
In fact, I got swarmed by a large heavy boss and a medium walker boss, and they had a fleet of goons with them (two mediums, a flyer, and four or five dogs).

Luckily, I was completely pinned down in a church.
I know churches and other zones are “hot zones” that seem to trigger roobit sentries, but this was an absolute battering.
If I didn’t have access to the things in my storage crate, I would have been toast.
I pulled out of there victorious, but it was a real adventure to say the least……

I switched back to skirmisher, and might even try hard.
I assume difficulty affects how much damage robots do to players, how much damage robots take, and maybe their tracking/aggression.

All in all, I really love the game and hope to see it tie up a few things.

Small Q&A:

Currently, only sorting is via the tabs above (weapons, side arms, ammo, consumables etc). Also, you can manually sort your inventory, albeit in a tedious way, by dropping items and picking them up again since the latest item will be at the bottom of the list.

There have been several requests for better inventory sorting and we’ll see when and how it’s implemented.

Unknown at this point. However, it’s another popular request.

You got it almost right. Higher difficulty level does increase machine HP and damage they deal to you. It also increases the chances of personal rival appearing. The rest (loot amount, XP gained, machine amount, machine tracking) doesn’t change between difficulty levels.
