PC- Crash when leaving the game with Steam offline

As title says, it is always happening with Steam offline. No crash when Steam is online… The new patch brings this up. I can pay for hours with Steam online with no crashes. As soon as Steam is offline, the game crashed every 5 minutes…

I have the exact same issue since landfall update!
