[PC]Wearing Gas Mask makes it almost impossible to see, too many artefacts

**Steps To Reproduce:Put on Gas Mask, too many atrefacts appear on screen, think its supposed to be dirt on mask. Could be improved.

That is not a Bug, it’s the way they designed the gas mask to look.
