While emptying my stash of flares and sticky flares (I only use fireworks since they are way more reliable) in a church and had fun with it I recognized that the chandeliers are made from spider webs (or something similar light) 
They are easily excited to swing around.
One does not really know his/hers own strength, until he/she throws a flare towards a chandelier 
Well, that explains the ability to run around with ~100 kg of a gear and eating .50 cal bullets without being shredded to pieces.
To be fair, I haven’t tested if this actually happens when you throw a sticky flare at a chandelier inside a Swedish church… So it may be accurate
