OK, so Rivals have levels (4), and they got a little bit more HP, but they could do better - give them some skills …skills that would get stronger or more additional skills with each level.
- faster ROF
- faster movement speed
- concussion pulse on FNIX Tanks/Harvesters or smaller machines
- seeker comm array
- upgraded vision and player detection
- bigger gas puffs
- smoke screens
And one more thing - skills should be anonymous until used against player
Rivals also have increased damage per level.
Having things like a higher ROF added to them would just mow down players.
I sort of feel that their behavior should fit better with their name if that makes any sense at all.
Higher level and higher difficult level should also result in better loot once killed.
Or at least more ammo drops.
One thing just came to my mind - Level 4 Rivals could drop (rarely) an additional level for the player (31+)
After that we could gain XP normally to unlock one additional skill point.
