Description: On multiple occasions I can see the pulsing white circle on screen indicating where the Plundra is, from far away (sometimes even more than 200m).

Yep, I encountered this at Sävered Radarmast looking southward or in the northern part of Östervik, looking in the direction of Kaptensvillan

If this was fixed, it has re-appeared in latest update. This is the second time I have seen it. Regression?
