Post patch 1.03 observations

  1. Ticks and gas DRUMS in warehouses, DON’T MIX. I was at 60 health inside having a party with some scouts and runners like usual AND guess who shows up a Hunter and his ticks. The hunter started like usual deploying ticks outside… then I spontaneously combusted! No joke.

  2. Scoping runner cells seems WAY off now vs pre-patch. I used to shoot soup cans perfectly with the MHR; now you almost have go for the headshot even with Sway.

  3. All in all, SFSG keep it up Devs!

Doors are still permanently locked in flying blind, still can’t access skarven (or however it’s spelt) because no more barcodes drop and enemies still look through walls. These are the only 2 missions I have left to do. I just downloaded the 12gb (PS4) patch hoping to carry on playing the game, all I’ve found is different menus and heavy breathing when running. What a waste of time.

  • Ticks are the most annoying thing, and they added more
  • robots still going through walls
  • Map markers still stuck in nav bar when not tracking
  • Weapon switching still not working
  • ammo stacking still broken
  • now drops are worse, getting mostly .32 the beginning pistol which I don’t and won’t ever use
  • added heavy breathing and limited running duration, which nobody asked for
  • hacking updated to see percentage of (how broken) success. Attempted hunters 10+ times, tanks 10+ times, harvester 10+ times. Did not work once. I would not have specced had I known this
  • need a Respec option

Overall, it’s worse. My friend and I found ourselves turning off even faster with disappointment. I’m confused what fixes were done and how they were priorities over other things listed by the community.

I for one will continue to believe in the potential in this game and slowly give up hope with each update, it seems.

Forgot to mention, the game lagged more due to frame rate dropping from all those ticks. Got to the point where it was so bad for my friend, he was barely walking or able to see, which prompted us to shut off.

Yes, runners SMG and rockets blast through building walls. Still getting shot in the back by frechette fire from hunters while inside a building
