Hi how do I get pre order dlc when I have pro order Generation Zero Collectors Edition for PC

i dont see it anyware for my player.

The preorder items are in your profile menu under the apparel. :slight_smile:

I only have the normal things and the things i pick up
i can make new player and take schreen shot if you whant .

You can check steam client if you have the DLC checked and it says “installed”.

  • If it’s missing please contact GZ support/community management
  • If it’s there but not installed, try to install it or contact steam.

If it’s there and installed, it should be mixed into your apparel in game. If you You can show me the content of your jackets? If you have the bomber jacket you have the pre-order content. :smiley:

The content is mixed in with all the other apparel. In the future we will add small icons to them so you can more clearly distinguish between base game content and DLC content.

Same problem for me im on Ps4 Pro i pre order the collector too.

No they are not :s There was nothing there from the start. And i checked it all 3 times. I had pre-order

Hi DksDevil! Can you please contact GZ community manager or support. It seems that you do not own the DLC, if you where supposed to they can help you out.

I have been summoned! I’m looking into this for you now. I’ll get back to you as soon as a I have more information. Please note though I may need to contact external partners etc, so it could take a day or so. I’ll try and get this fixed ASAP though!

Hi, I looked into this for you and have a solution. Please talk to our support team, support.generationzero.com and they’ll help you out with a key for your items. :slight_smile: Please include a picture of your receipt when you contact them in order to speed things up.

That link is just a page telling you to post bugs on this forum :s There is no other way to contact support afaik. Or it is very well hidden away. So you just told us to do what we already did in order to contact support?

As a webdesigner that’s the most user unfriendly place to put it looking like just a piece of txt. At the very least make it a button. I wouldn’t get away with this if i made a site XD Thx for showing it :stuck_out_tongue:
