I just moved to a new house and dont have internet yet. and bought this game today when going to walmart to get a few things. I installed the game just fine but when I try to load the game it just sits at a black screen with a “cassette tape” on the bottom right of the screen. After an hour its still there and hasnt brought me to the main screen. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue?
You MIGHT need internet at the start

I mean you should have tried to fix the issue instead of returning the game
You could have activated surf zone on your smartphone and connected your ps4 to it with Wi-Fi. And when everything is ok just disconnect the Wi-Fi and play the game.
