[PS4] Can't Log Mission Items After Completion of Mission [v1.03]

If you fail to pick up a mission item before completing a quest, it becomes impossible to log that item.

In the case of letters, you can ‘interact’ with them multiple times, but other than their title appearing on screen, their text will never appear and they too will never appear in your log.

In the case of audio items (answering machines/radio transmissions/etc.), it seems you can listen to the message exactly once and then the option becomes unavailable. As stated, it will also not log for you to re-listen to later if you desire. - not confirmed for v1.03

same for PC, it’s annoying. it may not be necessary to have them in your log to complete the mission but it’s nice to be able to listen to them later. Also with all the bugged missions I’m unsure when i pick something up that doesn’t go into my log if it was something from a completed mission or something I needed that just didn’t register
