Steps To Reproduce: From inside game, return to dashboard. Press Option button. Close application. Restart game. Go to map. Bug reproduced.

When loading the game from the dashboard after fully closing the game (not merely suspending it), the various location icons on the map (with the exception of safehouses) do not appear. This can be temporarily fixed by simply exiting to the main menu and loading your character again.
