PS4 saved game crashed

Played this game for over three years. Last save 26 december. When I started the game the day after i got to a licensagrrement popup. Afterthat I checked it I got to main menu an all of my saved game and all content is gone. I have tried to download from cloud verison from 26 dec. Same result. Tried to delete the game and then download again, same result. Since I can’t get pass the licensagreement whitout checking it, the game see me as a totaly new player and directs med to the new game main meny. I’m pretty depressed over more than three years build up gone down the drain…

Try this:

  • Make a backup of your original safegame file on usb.
  • Deleted all safegames for GZ from PS4.
  • start the game and a new game
  • quit the game after saving
  • restore your Backup
  • start again

for me, couple weeks ago I deleted character 4, while doing the USB back-up thing, Back & Forth, Back & Fourth, Back & Fourth, :dizzy_face: after 3 months, I just hope character 4 deleted fixed my problem once & for all, I do nothing with character 4 anymore, it stays deleted at the moment

Thank you for your help. Unfortenately it didn’t work. It seems like something happend during the original save so the file is broken and can’t beread properly. The then ignores it and start as it was the first time the game starts.
