The skill point for upgrading health does not work, same with the engineer specialization. 
Yes this is a known issue. I’m sure when they issue the next patch this wall be fixed. So for now, bear with it knowing you will eventually get your extra health.
I had checked the known issue list before posting and they weren’t in there. Idc about the extra health, 10% isn’t much of an increase anyway, but the specialization took me quite a few hours to get and it not working properly really sucks. If they know these things they should update their post to avoid people posting duplicate issues.
Issues with the engineer perk not dropping tick pods seem to have resolved by loading the game then exiting and loading again, same as the way to fix the map. just in case anyone else encounters the bug that’s how I’ve fixed it temporarily at least.
