Main mission issue is Uttern bunker won't progress and is stuck at find bunker since I have the access cards but everytime I enter it doesn't respond/prompt
This has halted my progress and am still unable to finish the game or aquire new missions.

I have been playing solo during these attempts

Flying blind glitched on me since I could pick the locks and access the 3 weapon lockers before finding the note and key and is currently incomplete and stuck.
I have tried to return after to access and hopefully clear the mission. But the doors are locked and won't open again

Addtional issues manifest randomly is failure to switch between primary and secondary both in combat and safe zones.
When it manifests it takes several attempts to actually switch even when the failed attempts show in the HUD that it switched.
This has still persisted even after the april patch.
Less frequent issue is switching to equipped items and using them. Several times I have switched to flares or emps and had to repeatedly pull my right trigger and it won't respond and engage sometimes for 15 seconds. It has occured less since the april patch but still can manifest.
