It will take some hours or half a day to be available, the same for the Update.

It is available or I Couldn’t of purchased It,
Store page shows no Indication of It (The DLC) being a pre-Load or pre-Order.
DLC is shown as installed which is why I bring this up since it appears as no one else has this issue,

Yeah the ps4 does not have FNIX Rising dlc. At least not till tomorrow. Possible devs put it there early. And you just have to wait till the patch comes out.

@Glaxxier Ah i found it, you must be one of those players that for some weird reason buys from the PSN site and not from the PS4 PSN store while using the PS4 (what most people do).
That is the only place where you can buy it, it´s not yet available on the PS4 Store.
You either bought a bundle with all DLC included or just bought the Fnix Rising expansion there.
It´s still not available, it will be available for download somewhere in the next 12 hours, after this comment.
