QoL - skill tree redundancy (combat)

In the combat tree, marksman line, there is a skill to reduce weapon sway. You can spend three points on that to get -40% weapon sway. But if you spend only one point on that you can spend the other two to gain the marksman specialization which reduces the sway altogether.
The weapon sway reduction skill seems a bit redundant.

I had to pick the reduce sway route because I wanted my last character to have the van guard specialist. The Marksman specialist also has a some what aim assist too. Where you just get close, fire and you hit the target with more damage.

Ther XX more exp points skills are also redundant and shouldn’t be picked. When you max out the skills you wasted 2 points.
