Would it be possible to add a quality indicator for the weapon attachments in the weapons pictograph information screen when attached, as currently there is nothing except presence/absence shown for that.
Perhaps something like a coloured 1-5 starburst indicator into the bottom right corner of the mod presence indicators?

Personally, I’d like to be able to assign attachments to guns before you even put them in your inventory. I’ts a massive pain in the arse to be forced to drop stuff out of your inventory to be able to pick up an attachment.
Also, that if you pick up a better version of a gun already in your inventory, you should be able to just swap it. To drop your old gun, pick up the new one and attach all of your attachments to your old gun with a single click.
If I might suggest just a small tweak to include the chevrons on the quality indicators too (but hopefully a lot clearer than I can manage at work with paint)
And markers for the vision module showing which options it has
It seems I am not far enough into the game to understand what those mean. The vision module, I mean. There is more than low light enhancer?
There are
Low Light (Green)
Thermal (Red)
Object Penetrating (Blue) [Like x-ray vision]
And the vision modules can have any mix of them, up to all 3 (which is pretty rare though).

You can attach vision modules to binoculars, yes
