random 99 percent of screnn goes to black pixels, have to run and switch guns repeatedly to fix, anyone else have this issue?

Yes I have the same issue on Xbox one, it usually happens mostly when rivals are loading in, other times it does it just out the blue, I am possitive they know and aware of said issue
