at Mullvadsberget tunnels when I leave the underground part past the lower door I randomly get set on fire for a few seconds after I close it behind me I looked around for a fire source near the door besides the campfire I found none.

You probably stood in the campfire beside the door when you closed it, or? That causes a small amount of fire damage over time.
