As with 1.07 there seems to a bug where a mission objective is always highlighted in the left corner. Whenever you pick up a note now you get no option to read it because of it.
Im not talking about about mission related notes, just casual ones you find out in the world.
As this game is pretty much built upon notes and answering machines to tell the story this should be fixed. Even better, let us have all the notes you find laying around stored under log so you can read them whenever you want to. As far as i know you cant just read notes whenever you want to that isnt mission related?
