Pressing triangle for remote hacking pulls up Tutorial page from game on base assaults. Must restart game to fix. It has happened 3 times so far. Also, the game is crashing daily sometimes more than once.

Was the popup message for the mission still open when you tried that?
Can you provide a short video that shows the issue? (if it occurs, press share button on the controller, select for example the last 30 seconds or what ever time you need, share on youtube and attach the link here)

Happens to me too. Xbox. People on Reddit mentioned the bug as well.

There was no mission. It is when it is there is a base assault on my base or when i do work on the base that it pops up. Not sure what you mean by popup.
