We have an option to turn off heart beat. One to turn off heavy breathing would be great. That just gets annoying.

It’s a personal choice , however I think it adds to the emersion, I can’t imagine being silent on these islands 
That’s why we need the option lol. The movement noise is good enough for me. When he keeps breathing I feel like he needs to hit an inhaler.
I play the game in the living room on my laptop and the heavy breathing distracts my family, lol! So yeah, I need the option to turn it off!
I know if I ran for my life with 100lbs on my back I’d make far worse sounds.

There is one. Turn off heartbeat in the options. I believe the heavy breathing is tied to having the heart pounding sound when sprinting.
