I was playing today on my alt today and my friends asked me to join their game for a reaper, I traveled to a safe house and then deposited my extra stuff and then exited the game after the save icon showed up. When I got on my main character my resistance challenges were there then I destroyed a fix tank and then a reaper and checked the resistance challenge tab again and my my resistance tab was reset. Luckily I took a screen grab a few day of the tab to show my friends my progress, and I just took a screen grab of the stats now so I have proof that they reset. Please devs could you work your developer magic and go into my online saves and restore my current save file!!? 
[Edit] the top screen grab is the glitch the bottom is the screen grab from 3 days ago.
This is a known issue and should be fixed in the incoming New Dawn update. Doubt youll get the progress back tho.
