Resistance Newsletter missing?

I have almost found all collectibles there is except Resistance Newsletter that I only have some of.
That I can’t remember where I found them and been everywhere finding some other missing collectibles instead and then finally - I gave up and searched for the answer, “where are they?”.

And now when I know the area I had to search for more details again and have now seen exact location. But there aren’t any Newsletter anywhere? Every location described is empty for me.

Someone had this before, maybe knows of a working solution for my missing Newsletters?

Can you add a screenshot of your log screen that shows the resistance newsletters you already found?

Think I’ve found 1st, 2nd and the last one. Will confirm when I logon and doing my daily’s.

It was 1, 9 an 10 I had but we solved with new player hosting the game.
