Playing on Xbox One S. Okay so I started playing today and I noticed an issue was in a big battle with the vulture, a rival, a tank and a harvester. I defeated all of them and I defeated the vulture and some Runners came out and attacked me and by the time I looted everything and got to where the vulture was it was gone and it was only within 5 minutes it still should have been there. The Rival was still present that I killed before the vulture and I went back and looted the Rival went look for the vulture again came back and looked and the Rival was gone and the Harvester and the tank that I destroyed less than 8 minutes before but the runners are all still there. Usually the tanks and Harvesters and stuff like that remain present for 10 minutes or more especially if you’re in the same area I mean I didn’t even leave the general area. This is pretty crappy after I spent 15 minutes fighting all of them and barely got any loot.

on ps5 the vulture vanished on me.
I once downed a vulture suspiciously fast and looked for its wreck everywhere. To no avail. Next day : vulture was present again ?! 
Tyrant down to 4% vanished yesterday. You could still hear him, you could see his shots appearing out of thin air, but not on the map anymore.
Also met my first 2 exotics in 1 week after years of playing : seekers flying on their sides.
