Rivals disapear after killing them making looting new weapon tier nearly impossible

Ive come back due to the new DLC and its just an amazing game with great potential, but all this bugs.
First of all, minken bunker had no mission in the warboard, so i couldnt do much in this region.

I was playing with a friend who i introduced to the game, at first he loved it and the hole idea of the game is amazing both according to me and him, but we got stuck on Warboard Minken at first, so we decided to test the new area. after some minor bugs that restarting/reseting the session helped we stumble upon a rather enoying and game-wrecking one.

We stacked our rival to lvl 4 then went after it, severeal times after killing it, it disapeared. Either it took off to the sky and never to be returned so no loot, or it just went throw the ground.
It happend atleas 3 times.

Any fix on this?

I have also experienced this in co-op mode and as far as I’ve seen on the forums it is known and being sorted.

Are you console or pc? If you are on ps4 I’m sure I have an extra shotgun and ag4 you can have (shotgun is definite but I’ll check on the ag4)

For me the best way to deal with this is to get to the body of the rival as fast as possible, particularly in multiplayer games that you are not hosting. I don’t know any fix for this but what can do is try to kill the rival last and loot it asap.

I haven’t had them go away on me, they just have no option to loot them
