Issue: 2 rivals on map, neither are appearing.
No sound to indicate they are patrolling around either.
Map maximum zoomed in on screenshots, first one should be behind the car, second one should be at entrance to church carpark

Closed game, restarted, issue resolved.

I had exactly the same issue in exactly the same location on PC few days ago, so maybe it’s not a random thing
