Runner detects me through close door (ok, I made noise). Then it approaches until its head slightly sticks through and starts firing. Most of the shots get caught by the door, but some hit me. Happened in one of the initially locked shacks outside of a bunker entrance.

No. It is one of these double double-door locked shacks. The doors have no windows.
Oh then it is bug , propably has to do with collision of the game or something similar .
That would be my guess. Collision detection can be tricky with high velocity objects.
Sometimes they just teleport inside and behind you in those barn-sized shacks too and then the “fun” really begins especially if it’s an FNIX with a shotgun.
