Runners as rivals

Have runners as rivals give them the health boost, and twice the damage output. And when damaged to 50% make them attract other runners from the area.

This would be fair in my eyes. maybe even passive health regeneration, so they are harder.

And make the titled like the “The Wolf of (insert region)”, “FNIX guard dog”

Runners as personal rivals already are possible.
But as every rival, they don’t have special abilities. They’re just stronger.

But as they’re still just runners, it doesn’t matter that much.

In my opinion rivals should be tougher. Have a Passive-special ability. To make their combat harder. And thus making taking on rivals a tougher decision

The way i see it, Rivals should at least be able to call for reinforcements , not infinite, but with 2 or 3 waves. (Like Harvester reinforcements)

They should make it so that when a runner becomes a rival instead of just one becoming a rival the entire pack should
