I came there to unlock safehouse, i picked up the collectible but somehow the safehouse is still not unlocked, i also tried to go there with another character, sad to say nothing changed

I saw a similar report some time ago plus I’m not sure if it didn’t happen to me, too (since I lose my safehouses frequently since Landfall-Update).
I remember that I once got there, was able to use the plundra, but didn’t get the safehouse/fast travel icon on the map, nor a notification about “safehouse unlocked”.
I just now checked in new world, and the safehouse does indeed not unlock.

Hmm… maybe the control point next to it is too near ? 
That wasn’t an issue earlier.
just figured it out, jump on the storage box and once you standing on storage box jump again, that should unlock it, weird anomaly shit

The area to unlock that safehouse is a bit of. If I remember correctly you have to walk just North-West of it. Or you can jast walk around it and it will unlock…

I’ve experienced this exact same issue on my latest world. 
I’ll have to try out some of your fancy jump-hacks! 
I’ve already unlocked it multiple times, as it got lost again a few times.
But every time I unlocked it again, it worked best and immediatly by jumping at the window of the destroyed building.
