Whenever playing in multiplayer, all my safehouses are gone and only desplays the safehouses that the host found. I don’t believe that is correct and doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Upon returning to my own world, my safehouses are back to normal.
This is not a bug, it’s a feature.
I can confirm that what @0L0 says is accurate. When you join someone’s session, you’ll only see their progress. That’s how it’s intended to be.
This is a restriction of the implementation. But not a good solution. Map knowledge should translate.
Thats a pretty dumb and pointless feature. If I find a safehouse, I should be able to teleport to it whenever and in whatever game I want.
Yes, I think that also, and that’s the way it once was, but now it’s different.
If you join someone elses’ game you’re expected to play with them, not go off to some safehouse they can’t reach. How that’s dumb and pointless, I don’t really know. Maybe you ought to stick to solo sessions, or host them yourself if you want that sort of advantage. You can also make a suggestion to change it in the Feedback/Feature Requests forum.
But seeing as the issue was not actually a bug, I’ll be locking this thread.
