Sanctuary mission

Hi there, the sanctuary mission won’t complete even though I have collected all loot, collectable, the shotgun up stairs in the chirch, and found the letter, it’s says 100 percent complete but on my log it doesn’t seem to be complete and no further missions are available.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now, I have deleted characters and started the game over 6 times from scratch in the last 10hours and yet this mission still will not save. Online or offline
Please can anyone help me get this mission to become complete so I can carry on.

Just inside the door on the right you have to take (or read) something from the bulletin board. I had to go back a couple of times for this.

Hope that helps and that you haven’t done this and had the game break.
